Question 2: Zero order kinetics drugs include phenytoin and ethanol.

In my little knowledge
For The first question, It cannot answer because it is not depend on wheter zero or first order elimnation but it depend on how much its Half life or Clearance.
For the Second, it is still difficult to answer because it also depend on dose such as Phenytoin low dose act as First order but high dose act as zero order, in other word it had non-linear pharmacokinetics.
Indeed, drugs almolst have first order elimination in therapeutic dose, but in toxic dose, all drugs have zero order elimination.
