Hello there!
I am a little confused about these new forms they're talking about.
I took Step 1 and now I wanna take the CS. I have previously sent the ECFMG my diploma (not the transcript though) which has already been verified. Reading through the application instructions I got a little bit confused. At some point it says that those that haven't already sbmitted the diploma have to send Forms 344 and 345, and yet someplace else it says that we have to send them period. Looking over the Medical School Release Request it talks about enclosing the diploma for verification, but I have already done that. So , I don't really get it.
Could you please help me with your input?

If your credentials have already been well verified in the past, then you only have to submit form 138 (if u applied on line) or the whole application form for CS (if otherwise).
