what is the characteristic presentation in brown seqaurd syndrome? 1-bilateral spastic paresis 2- ipsilateral loss of tactile,propioception and vibration 3-ipsilateral loss of pain and temperature sensation. 4-all of the above 5-none of the above

I think it's 2 as well. Brown-Sequard syndrome results from hemisection of the spinal cord.

Also: Contralateral loss of pain and temp. Contralateral loss of touch leg ataxia , Horners, ipsilateral UMN and LMN lesion Compared to Lou Gehrig's ds it DOES have sensory deficits! And its an ipsilateral spastic paresis

tactile=touch. therefore touch should be ipsilateral in brown-sequard syndrome. please correct me if i am wrong.

fine touch-ipsilateral crude touch - contralateral (ventral spinothalamic tract)
