Hi friends, I am an Indian graduate now working as junior docotor in UK. I am palnning to take USMLE part 1 in may 1st week 2005.I am planning to take off from march 1st for 2 mnths. so I will be having 8 hrs to study per day for 2 months for my exam. Please help me by guiding which is the best way to do it and most recommende way to do it. At present i am with kaplan Q bank, material, first aid. Any thing to add to it any topic r subject to stress on. How to study. which is the best way to study and subjects to start with ? I am bit tense now . Hi Dheeraj, I work in the UK too and just about to start preparing for Step 1. I am aiming to complete both steps in 8 months time. I have started asking around for course material and CD roms. Perhaps we could share them. I am planning to base my preps solely on question solving and reading review materials as I have very little time in hand. Hi Sagarika, Good to know that ur in Uk. Ya life and job here is so hard so u get lil time to study for MLE along with ur other curriculum, But this time I am firm I am not postponing. BTW when ru taking exam. Whats ur back ground, means jus MBBS like me r ur more experienced. Did u start reading.Where ru based in UK?Any way be in touch may be we help each other in future.
