My name is Ailing, which is also in my medical diploma and my passport. But a officer made a mistake for my name in my visa, giving a space in the middle of my given name, as Ai Ling. At that time, I asked him about the mistake. But he said it was just the same and didn't need to change, because I had a right name in the passport.
But now, because of the name in the Visa, my name has to change as Ai Ling in my diver licence and all of the documents in the USA.
So, can I apply for the step1 with my primary name "Ailing". Or I have to use the other one here, which is different from my name in the medical diploma. Can you tell me what can I do now? Or can you give me some advices? Thak you in advance!
