To find requirements go to ECFMG site and look in their Bulletin.

Why you think you didn't pass it the first time?
What mistakes or weakness you recall?
I am so nervous for my exam in about 10 days. People generally say it's easy but looking at the results I doubt that statement. It might feel easy but passing may not be fun.
Your input will be very helpful so we may learn from them.
