Parent of 18 y/o came in for routine PE for their son who is going to participate in baseball team, parents have heard a boy in their sons school died while playing, they ask now every possible test you could do before he would participate in the team.

I think Hx and PE..because, assuming that he doesn't have any medical or family history of cardiac problems. The brief history doesn't mention.

I would also say it would be histroy and Physical, there is not indication of doing a echo, (may be the friend needed an echo before he started the game), but not this guy.
