EM is included in Internal Medicine Book (1 chapter ~ 25 pages) <:nope:> Very poor, like the rest of the material covered by the orange edition of Kaplan's Lecture notes. A lot of subjects is not covered at all. Much more details I can find in review book like "Prescription for the boards".

I am doing all my preparation from Kaplan new (orange color) books. I have been advised by friends (who already passed step 2 with good scores) that only for Medicine you need to consult Blueprint in addition to Kaplan, for other subjects Kaplan books are good enough. Just my thoughts...

You know I used the 2002 edition of Kaplan, and while I thought it was woefully inadquate while reading them, I got a 99 and I only studied them. Kaplan seems to know what is the minimum you need to know to get a good score.
