I just took the NBME exam and I got 420 on it which correlates with 196 on STEP 2 as stated by the exam feedback report. Anyone with similar results who has taken the real exam and got back their results. Please share so I can know what to do as far as taking the exam or studying a little bit more.

I would say study little more just to be in the safe side. I have seen a failure with the NBME score of 540, i don't mean to discourage you, but just giving you a second opinion.

Hm... Someone failed with a 540? That's not cool... Do you know how that person felt after taking the exam? I mean, if he/she knew she bombed it right away it would be less of a shock than if he/she felt pretty good about it afterwards...
