1. Meningococal septicemia shows first sign of endotoxin mediated pathogenesis at 2. E. coli septicemia shows first sign of endotoxin mediated pathogenesis at 3. Antibiotic kills bacteria at 4. Spore forming at A. Lag phase B. Log phase C. Stationary phase D. Decline phase

Spore forming at------stationary phase(nutreints are depleted at this stage). Antibiotic kill bacteria at-------log phase(b/c in this phase there is rapid growth of organisms). Other two options????

Yeah, you are right A tip off for the two others is: Endotoxin is lipopolysaccharide, which is released when to bacteria die  Most of the endotoxin mediated sepsis happen at the decline phase N. meningitidis is an exception, it over produces lipopolysaccharide in all the life cycle  More important and severe at the log phase
