1)In acute OM(both adult & child).
MC---S.pneumoniae.
other----H.infleunza,S.pyogens.
2)Chronic OM.
MC-----Pseudomonas
other-----proteus,S.aureus.

I only know H. influenza is 2nd common of Otitis media
