2, I don't know if there is relation between opsonization & encapsulated agents

Spleen is the main producer of IgG2, which is a main factor relates encapsulated agents

There is a q of DR singh about Defeciency of subclass IgG2

IgG mediated the opsonization of encapsulated organisms.....don't know much abt IgG2

In WAS there is recurrent infections caused by encapsulated organisms.
which Ab is affected in WAS?
