hey all
i just keep getting all sorts of questions everytime i think about residency
if a prgram says in its website or the REPLY EMAIL they only take 85 and above and someone had lets say 83 and 90 should he apply for that program?
any suggestions?

call the program and ask the program coordinator if they strictly adhere to that. not all programs do.
