how does one go about looking/applying for an observership? is it appropriate to directly go to the program diector's office and ask for appointment and then make a request for an observership...or....shud one call up and find about possibility of observership?

You should call and find out if the program even has observership programs.

i wud try to find...have just one hospital in my city...and not possible for me presently to go elsewhere..
