Hello again friends, I had an interview at a hospital located where I live, after that I went for a second look last week....do you know if it is ok to talk with the program coordinator and ask to go as an observer? Is that against the match agreement?. I really want to match that program, Is this a good iniciative or instead it can be taken as an act of pressure? Thanks for your help!!! GL to everybody!

It's not against the match to work as an observer, but it could be against different insurance regulations, not to mention HIPAA, to have an unlicensed physician on the inpatient floors......
