is the mutation in marfan`s syndrome splice donor or splice acceptor???

In all due respect I doubt if USMLE asks that.
You'll have to consult The major Genetics Textbook or aGenetics/Molecular
Biology Master for that answer.
Key words would be 15q, A.D., defect in connective protein-fibrillin,
dislocated lens, aortic rupture, pectas excavatus, talland thin, cv problems
