A 30 yr male developed bilateral homonymous hemianopsia. He also had moderate enlargement of his lower jaw and hands. Of the following the likeliest cause is

a) adamantinoma
b) basophil adenoma of pituitary
c) chromophobe adenoma of pituitary
d) craniopharyngioma
e) glioma of optic chiasm

C. Chromophobe adenoma of the pituitary.

What's a basophil ademona, btw??

gonadotropes , thyrotrope are basophilic upon staianing ..... so is their adenoma(mostly)
