I think this question is not complete. There should be some more information. I am considring this as male pseudohermaphroditism. The enlarged clitorus can be actually nondeveloped penis. But yes it can be female pseudo. due to 21 hydroxylase deficiency but in that case there should be some history of electrolyte imbalance etc.
