PLEASE if you already took STEP 1 and used NBME......... Could anyone fill me in on how many questions do the NBME tests offer, did you see any of these on the actual test and is there any possibility of reviewng the answers.

There are 200 questions, and 4 blocks of 50 each. You do not get to see the answers or get results like you do on q-bank. All you get is a score between 200 and 800. The mean of the score is 500, which corresponds to the mean on Step 1, which is 217 equal to an 88. You will also get bar graph representation of your preformance on different subject areas, i.e Anatomy, Physiology ect. This is the closest you can ever get to the real exam, since these questions are from the NBME, the same folks that make the USMLE.

Hey thanks for the info, I didn`t know that the mean score correlates to a 88. But I still wonder if any of these questions come up on the test.

exact questions from othe nbme didnt show up , but i thought that a few qs were pretty similar
