Hello,
Can someone tell me the blood supply of the post. limb of the internal capsule? is it MCA or PCA? I thought it was PCA but kaplan says MCA.

according to high yeild anatomy post limd suplied by ant choriod artery and lateral straite(branch of MCI).

both the genu and post limb is supplied by lateral striate artery branch of MIDDLE CEREBRAL artery.
only ant limb is supplied by medial striate artery branch of ant cerebral artery

Can anyone tell me which limb is most commonly infarcted and how the person will present clinically? Would the presentation be just like a stroke with ACA, MCA, PCA?
