Which tumore is associated with occupational exposure to asbestose?

A- Bronchioalviolar carcinoma
B- Oat cell carcinoma
C- Mesothelioma
D- Squamous cell carcinoma
E- Adenocarcinoma

if the patient have exposure to asbestose & smoking :arrow: it will become small cell & squamous cell carcinoma

In this case, i choose mesothelioma 'cause there is no smoking history

Also given in BRS. Asbestos is a risk for both mesothelioma and bronchogenic ca (?more for mesothelioma). but in combination with smoking the risk of Br.ca becomes very high.[/quote]

Those dumbell shaped ferruginous bodies, stained with Prussian blue can be seen under light. {eg.shipbuilder}

Squamous may have PTH-like activity
Small cell-most agressive, may have ADH or ACTH activity
