Destroy b cel  Decrease insulin  decrease remaining Insulin/Antagonist hormone ( such as GH, cortisol, glucagon ) decrease  hyperglycemia.

When destruction of pituitary  no GH, cortisol  remaining insulin/antagonist hormone is still increase  hypoglycemia ( i suppose that the remaining insulins will act over the glucagon, but i am not sure )

If removal of pancrea a  no insulin, no glucagon  GH, cortisol increase glucose
