A 40-year-old man has been complaining of perineal pain and increased

Tender prostate :arrow: inflammation :arrow: eliminate D & E

Choice is between B & C, no bacteria seen on culture :arrow: chronic abacterial prostitis due to atypic agents as chlamydia, etc
