BBB,
I was noticing that the NRMP deadline for programs to change their quotas is Jan 31. Does that mean that we should not expect any more prematch offers after that, since programs would have to commit the remaining seats to the match?

Programs don't have to put all their spots in the match. Some programs routinely leave 2-4 spots open for applicants that might not be match eligible......
