I am a bit confused if it comes to reapplaying for Step 1. With the first application I send all the other documents such as my credits transcript , copy of the diploma etc. I was wondering how it works with the second application. Do I have to send everything again or just the properly filled in application?? :|

I just reapplied. No need to send diploma etc as long as you have sent them previously. Go to ECFMG.org and click on IWA-->Begin new application/step 1, step 2CK, CS-->Proceed with IWA application-->Have you ever submitted an application to ECFMG for any examination, even if you did not take the examination? (Here you can choose "Yes, and I know my USMLE/ECFMG Identification Number") Then just follow and put in your ID number, you should be albe to reapply. At the end you still need to print out 183 form, attach a recent photo and get signature notorized. Mail the form to ECFMG and this should complete your application. Good luck.
