Im starting to rank the hospital accordingly to the place i want but i've noticed a "quota" column on the right side of the name of the hospital . Anyone who could explain this????

I think alice is right. Prorgams have to tell the NRMP how many spots they have available to fill. They can adjust that number until the deadline (for prematches and the like).
