33 yr old woman comes for RHME. Examination reveals bloody discharge from the nipple of her left breast. No masses found. On questioning she says she never noticed the discharge and does not perform breast self-examinations. Most likely diagnosis? 1] Breast abscess 2] Breast cyst 3] Breast hematoma 4] Fibro adenoma 5] Intraductal adenoma 6] Fibrocystic changes of breast I chose 5 here. Is it same as intraductal papilloma?

Same here, and i think they are same. You know you do galactogram for this, because they are too small and hardly shows up on mamograms.

under 35, unilateral, bloody... most likely to be a tumor. But with Fobro adenoma mass usually is present on exam. So Intraductal most likely cause. GOT TO EVALUATE FOR MALIGNANT POTENTIAL!!!!!! BIOPSY THAT STUFF.

my answer is intraductal adenoma. Galactogram to rule out which condition.....this or fibrocystic disease??Is it investigation of choice or just one of the investigations?
