ajy,
first of all, when you tried to reregister, had your score report already been released? I believe it must be released first before that oasis trick is accurate. Second of all, yes, unfortunately for us IMGs, we must be ecfmg certified by rank order deadline (feb 23) in order to participate in match. I think in your case this may not be possible, because your next window to take the exam will be at the earliest like 1 or 1.5 months after your score report came out. this will put you into march as your next beginning window, and that is too late. don't get discouraged though, because there are several programs out there that do not participate in match, and thus are not subject to the february deadline for passing exams. look into these programs and see what you can get, that way you don't have to wait another year. good luck with whatever you decide.

ACCORDING TO PEOPLE AT ECFMG, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE CERTIFIED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MATCH. YOU JUST HAVE TO HAVE ALL RESULTS REPORTED.

I think u have a very good knowledge reg resi progs ...where can i get a list of programms ,not participating in eras.......IF i take my cs on 31jan &ck in april ,,what r the chances 4 me to get resi this yr in any hospital in ohio near cleveland,,,,,in FP..................

Hi I found out that I fail by 1 point. I am really upset but I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions? Can you still scramble? Is that out of the questions?
Also anyone has any idea about obtaining a research position?
