yeah, i have a confusion here, this is hypothyroidism So hashimoto is a specific cause, it needs more laboratory results to diagnose :arrow: So the choice is Myxedema. So i think that we can have a symptomatic diagnosis, is it right ?

wel i don't know if there were no oter choice regarding hypothyroidism then the diagonosis wud be hashimoto's........MC GOD!
