A 45 year old woman, evaluated for congestive heart failure, she got dilated cardiomyopathy, cold intolerance, thickened facial features, periorbital edema, dry and coarse skin
Which of the following diagnoses is supported by these datas

A. Grave disease
B. Subacute granulomatous thyroiditis
C. Hashimoto thyroiditis
D. Myxedema

yeah, i have a confusion here, this is hypothyroidism
So hashimoto is a specific cause, it needs more laboratory results to diagnose :arrow: So the choice is Myxedema.

So i think that we can have a symptomatic diagnosis, is it right ?

wel i don't know if there were no oter choice regarding hypothyroidism then the diagonosis wud be hashimoto's........MC
