What are the chances of getting into a residency program in anesthesiology for an IMG?

I know that many of the PGY I interns in our anesthesiology program are IMG's - so it's not impossible.
Good luck ___________________ bbb - trying to combine common sense and humour into realistic answers, but not going to guess on anyone's chances of getting into a position....
