a 5 yr old girl is brought to the physician becos of a 2 days h/o T- 39.5C[103.1F] and pain in the right side.she has had 2 episodes of vomiting during this period but no diarrhea or symptoms of URTI. she has vesicoureteral reflx and a h/o recurrent UTI. She appears ill. T-39.8[103.6F], BP 110/60, PULSE 150, RESPIRATORY RATE 25 . on physical examination right side costovertebral angle tenderness found.in addition to obtaining urine cultures which of the following is the most appropriate next step in management?

1] intravenous pyelography
2] renal ultra sonography
3] voiding cystourethrography
4] IM antibiotic therapy and re-exam in 24hrs
5] iv antibiotic therapy
