wel iknow a lot of people who did that..i suggest practice+uw+ 40 cases on this site+read people exam experience... STAY CONFIDENT.

don't worry about the clinical knoweldge. CS test more of your history taking and exam skill. You shoudl be able to come up with some differential that is sufficient (same with labs).
