I don't have a computer at home so only the computers at school are available to me. I just tried to email the document to you but unfortunately, our system prohibits us from sending such large files. I saw that you had posted on the Pathology forum asking someone else to send you the same stuff on both 12/26 and 1/02. Hopefully they will be more successful! Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but best of luck in your studies!
