Pt's last immunization was at 5 y.o. so... Hib - done Pneumococcal - done (recommended for all children beginning at 2 mos. - kaplan pediatrics p. 68) Varicella - done so we're left with Meningococcal which is indicated only for anatomic or functional asplenia, pts with complement deficiencies and travelers to endemic area and the answer: Influenza - indicated for pts. with chronic lung dse, heart dse., immunosuppressed, health care workers, hemoglibonapaties and pts. in nursing homes and long term care facilities
