I felt like I had failed. I was sure I failed, or at most just passed. In the end, I did quite well. The test is such that you will have narrowed down the choices to a few and have to make an educated guess on the answer. I don't think you can walk out of the exam and feel comfortable. If you took the NBME, it almost always corresponds to your score. I actually did better on both step I and step II than the NBME said I would. Don't fret. THere is nothing to do but wait a month until your scores come out.
