It a tricky question, i did A too, but is proximal tubule, it absorb 65% of all fluid, even though ADH has effect on collecting duct

the woman's dehydrated!! that means that even though the levels of ADH are high, she's not reabsorbing the water under ADH influence......meaning the problem is somewhere in the colecting duct. so next imp portion left for water reabsorbtion is PCT
