Please could someone tell me which one is better for l am behind time and l want to get one of those to add on kaplan Q bank.
Is it NMS or USMLE world questions ?I appreciate your help and thanks a lot for your support!!!

I used neither, but I think the consensus has always been that USMLE World is the most like the actual test (very difficult questions though). Keep in mind, that none of these questions (Kaplan, NMS, USMLE World) are like the real test though. The best questions for that is NBME. Use other questions just to quiz yourself on facts and make you recall what you have already learned.
