Hello everybody i do not know is this exactly place where I should post this topic or not. I am an IMG just gave mine step 1 on dec 27 kinda confident but the thing which worries me most is that i found exam pretty straightforward I will say even easier than Kaplan q bank. now while i am waiting for results and free I will liie to know i"WHAT EXACTLY I SHOULD DO TO HAVE SOME KIND OF CLINICAL EXPERIENCE" I have applied for a research job in Fred hutchinson cancer center I do not know wether they will take me or not. So is there any other way to join fellowships or stuff like that. Any suggestion will be really helpfull. I finished from Ukraine. any fellow ukranians there.

I am an IMG just like you, and what worked for me was to send my CV to all possible hospitals in my area. Since I am an Orthopedist, I applied for a Cast Tech position, and got contacted by human resources and offer me a position in ortho- research. Thank God I got the position. Send your CV on line (Most hospitals have Job applications in their websites) Hopefully some one will call you. Hang in there and God bless.
PS: Be sure to have all your working permits or visa.
