A 13 yr old boy is brought to the physician by his mother becos of frequent headaches over the past 5 weeks. he experienced dull pain across his forehead 4-5 times/ week. Acetaminophen does not relieve pain. Occasionally he has nausea without vomiting. Schizophrenia well controlled with risperidone. Physical examination normal. MRI brain shows

1] Bilateral enlarged caudate nuclei
2] Decreased cerebellar volume
3] Hippocampal symmetry
4] Increased lateral ventricle size
5] Multiple white matter hyper intensities

4. --> Lateral ventricular enlargement in Schizo.
