hi to all
yesterday i submitted online applications for CK n CS got the form-183
but though i am a graduate dont have the Diploma certificate yet.
they want the form-344 and form-345 to be filled and submitted with form-183.can anyone tell me where to find out these two forms?

Browse through the medical education credentials section and download the 2 forms.

Hi again!
If you applied as a graduate, then you have to wait until you get a copy of your diploma, have it photocopied, then send it to ECFMG with the 2 forms. They will not accept your applications when you don't have these documents yet.
If you applied as a graduating student, they will accept your application but you have to send them a copy of your diploma as soon as you get it.
Try to ask your school registrar as to when your diploma will be available so you can apply and schedule your exam soon.
