Is it possible to have the Pdf files? I have ppt files for step 1 but haven't seen the step 2 lecture notes. is it possible to copy them or send it?

I've used the video and notes., not the book though. The video quality is decent. All the videos are on 9 DVDs. The notes I have is on 1 CD, which is probably the same as what you saw on eBay. The notes is in PDF version that actually allows you to search for text, which is really cool. The notes go step by step with the video class sessions.
I got those DVDs from a Canadian guy and the notes from someone else, probably from eBay, but I can't remember for sure. Let me know if you need more info on the content. It's a long list.

kaplan notes lack in esp nephrology y cuz the nephro teacher taught us incredibly differnetly than the notes
than infectious and cardilogy cuz of fisher
endrocrinology also becuz of the teacher
rest by doing from the book r ok cuz no diffrence between the lecture and the notes i would say cuz teacher r not that good
now surgery
even though the teacher do repeat the same thing as in the notes but still it helped me alot cuz he make u understand the iimp topic of surrgery
and how to handle the questions

peads is like if u r tired and want to just enjoy ur life or want to take a break from the tough tipic than will be fine to watch other wize no need cuz even though the teaher is reapeating the same thing is the way he is talking ,,,,,,,,,,, man is as equal as taking a nap
