what murmurs are always clinically significant?

diastolic murmrs r pathological,so they r clinically important,while systolic mrmurs r functinal...so less imp...

to say that ALL systolic murmurs are FUNCTIONAL, would be INCORRECT! you're right about the diastolic ones though.

i am not saying that all systolic murmurs r functional....but its otherway round that diastolic murmurs are always pathologica.l...so r of clinical importance ...always...

1, all diastolic murmur 2, all murmur associated with palpable vibrations (grade 4-6)
