I'll try to be as brief as possible:
17 hydroxylase deficiency→ ↑ACTH due to↓cortisol, but no sign of adrenal insufficiency due to ↑corticosterone and ↑glucocorticoids.

↑ACTH→↑deoxycorticosterone(DOC) which is the second most common naturally occuring mineralcorticoids after aldosterone→Salt and water retension leading to HTN with hypokalemia, alkolasis. this leads to suppression of renin-angio sysyem. this secondarily inhibits aldosterone production b/c 17 hydroxylase is not required for aldosterone synthesis.
↑ACTH→ ↑progesterone,↓testosterone, ↓estrogen→ ↑FSH ↑LH.
