isn't it stress and anxiety that causes anovulation? But the problem is does the stress have to appear at the time before anovulation and not after it that can it cause amenorrhea?

Hi there, I was just kidding....yes you are right...also excessive exercise and many drugs and diffirent tumors in Pit and many other conditions in the ovary and uterus cause amenorrhea. It depends....so you have to take good history ( endo deseases and drugs that she is on.... ect) and then Estro and Progest challenge tests to rule out diffirent causes! Sorry if you didn't get the joke.
