a patient came with complains of rashes on the extensor surface of leg and he also had difficulty breathing ..cxray was done which showed pleural effusion and hilar lymphadenopathy..all tests were done was found to have sarcoidosis and lab showed hypercalcemia.
iv fluids were started and calcitonin was given .
zoledranate was given .
what is the the the discharge advice or medication to be given
1-drink lot of fluids
2 oral phosphate
3 steroids
4 restrict calcium intake
5 follow up visit in 7 days for another injection of zolendranate 4 mg
