hi all can anybody tell me if we have to do toefel the english test to get the ecfmg certificate or just pass step 1 and 2 and cs

if you are a US citizen but went to school overseas, you do not have to take TOEFL. STEP 2 CS will fulfill your English proficiency critieria in your certification.
