hi. i am very new to usmle. this forum is very useful. could anyone please tell me which books to use for each subject.i am planning to give in june or july.Is anybody interested to make a schedule to start studying from start& to aim to give exam in june or july.

hi....i'm new to it too...i think if u can get kaplan notes,it would be great...i've got photocopied notes 2000/2001 edition.....i'm not sure about the cds....they say it contains the same thing..i'm planning to start preparing soon..we can be study partners if u'd like..i'm doing my intern at the moment...i'm not sure when to give my step 1..i'm sorry i can't be of much help...

hi ,i have still not decided the date for exam. i am presently in uk doing paediatrics.I have just started studying and i am studying at slow pace as i work very long hours.
I am following schedule of other group on this forum and have started biochem from jan25 for 15 days from kaplan notes.u r most welcome to join us.

I am also working in uk in medicine and the life here is so busy. Ihave jus started preparing for part 1 with anatomy. I am in same idea of taking it may or june. do u know any clever idea of doing it with less time in our hands.

Thanks for ur suggestions on forum. u look more senior in preparation. do we need to listen to kaplan audio as well if at all available, r jus the notes is enough. What does Goljans extravaganza means, is it same as goljans notes. which is the best possible way to do exam in 3 months.
