Guys, when should I clear Step3 in order to start a program with H1B Visa in 2005 June...Do I have to celar it before match day or do I have some more time till program start date..Thanks in advance...

Check with the program that you hope to be starting with. I am telling my applicants that they need the results to step three in their hands by March 31. Anything after that will be a J-1b visa!
(and if that sounds familiar because you interviewed here, keep my secret, bitte schoen!)

Thank you BBB, do not worry first it did not sound familiar, I think which means I did not interview with your program, second you were very helpful to us everytime I can not do anything to harm you..  Thanks for your reply, now I have another question, I can not make it on my program's deadline ( for example for yours it is 31st of March) is it a way to startin with j1 but switching to h1 after that?
