Actually, you can get anything you want off amazon.com . They even sell used books for half the price, or less. All you need is a credit card, like Al Ahli Bank dedicated online card (if you have an account there). Plus, you'd need a mailing address. That's it. However most of these sources are waste of time. KAPLAN and the 'few other books' you're talking about, in my opinion, are more than enough.
