A 78-year~old woman is seen for the first time in your office. She has no personal or family history of breast, endometrial, or colorectal cancer. She has had annual mammograms, Pap smears, guaiac testing of stool, sigmoidoscopy, electrocardiograms, and chest radiography by her prior physician.

surely chest xray and pap are out, I think it is either EKG or mammo. I go for mammo.
